Meet the Director

Ashley Prater is the director at Family Matters Childcare. She has worked for the Immanuel Church for over 5 years and is excited to now be at the infant & toddler center. While working at Immanuel Daycare, Ashley went to Central Community College and got her degree in Early Childhood Education. She then became the Preschool 5 teacher for one year at Immanuel Preschool. In October of 2017 she was offered the directors position. Ashley loves being part of the Family Matters family and becoming more involved with the church and it's activities.

Here at Family Matters the staff is like a second family. We love and respect the families we serve and the little ones we care for. Each room has a Head Teacher and at least one support staff to help the children grow and explore the world around them.
